Client Policies & Expectations

At Raven’s K9 to 5, we are committed to providing safe, reliable, and personalized care for pets with fur, scales, feathers, and fangs. These policies help ensure the best experience for our clients, their pets, and our family.

Please review the following before requesting services.

📅 Booking & Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to hold future booking dates
• Full payment is required before services begin
• Short-notice and single-day services require full payment at booking
• Accepted payments: Venmo, cash, or card through Time To Pet
• Card payments are subject to a processing fee
• Emergency purchases must be paid upfront
• All sales are final (credits are case-by-case only)

❌ Cancellations & Changes

• All schedule changes must be submitted through Time To Pet
• Cancellations do not guarantee refunds
• Credits are issued at our discretion
• No refunds for early returns, late arrivals, or unused time

🏡 Boarding Drop-Off & Pick-Up

• Drop-offs and pick-ups are by appointment only
• Boarding exchanges take place at the front door
• Clients are not permitted to enter the residence
• Address is provided once times are confirmed

This policy protects our family, resident pets, and provides a calm environment for boarding dogs.

🐕 Pet Behavior & Safety

• Aggressive or unsafe pets are not accepted
• Full disclosure of behavior history is required
• Emergency pickup may be required
• Pets must be properly socialized and manageable
• Lying about temperament may result in service termination

🩺 Veterinary Care & Emergencies

• Clients are responsible for all veterinary costs
• A valid emergency contact is required
• A card on file with your veterinarian is recommended
• Emergency transport and care fees may apply

🔐 Home Access

• Lockbox or approved access method is strongly recommended
• Accurate entry instructions must be provided
• Missed visits due to access issues are not refundable

🏠 Home Presence / House Sitting (No Pets)

• Services are scheduled in set time blocks
• Additional time is billed according to posted rates
• Extended time is subject to availability
• The Company is not responsible for contractor workmanship or conduct
• Clients must provide clear instructions and emergency contacts
• Homes will be secured after service whenever possible

💩 Pet Waste Removal & Yard Cleanup

• Waste is removed from accessible yard areas only
• Disposal is done using the client’s provided trash container
• No sanitizing or chemical treatments are provided
• Yards must be safely accessible
• Heavily neglected or oversized yards may require additional fees
• Unsafe conditions may result in service refusal

📱 Communication & Scheduling

• All communication is handled through Time To Pet
• Visit times are scheduled within service windows
• Schedule changes must be communicated promptly
• Late fees and extended stay charges may apply

👶 Family & Home Environment

Raven’s K9 to 5 is a home-based, family-operated business.

These policies help protect:

On rare occasions, childcare needs may require young children to accompany certain services. This is always communicated in advance and managed safely.

🎥 Security & Privacy

• Security cameras are in use for safety
• Client information is kept confidential
• Photos may be used for business purposes without personal details

📄 Full Service Agreement

Full service terms, liability waivers, and detailed policies are provided and agreed to during registration in Time To Pet.

Booking services indicates acceptance of these terms.
